Group Chief Financial Officer
- Joined Pathology Asia as GCFO in February 2025
- Almost 20 years of experience in finance, including time spent in investment banking and private equity
- Previously Managing Director at TPG Asia, where he oversaw TPG Asia’s healthcare investing in Southeast Asia, including TPG Asia’s investment in Pathology Asia
- Former Vice President at Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Department in Singapore
- Involved in over USD20 billion worth of corporate finance transactions and investments across Southeast Asia

NABIL FAWZI
DEPUTY GROUP CEO
- Founding CFO of Pathology Asia
- Over 20 years of corporate experience, including 10 years of Corporate Finance and M&A
- Previously led EY Asia Pacific’s Healthcare Corporate Finance / M&A as Director of APAC Origination
- Former Director of Corporate Finance, PwC Singapore
- Started his career with UEM Group, a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad
- Led and executed over USD10 billion worth of M&A and investment deals across Southeast Asia throughout his career

RAJKUMAR RENGARAJU

- More than 20 years of experience in the medical laboratory industry
- Spearheaded multiple quality initiatives including CAP and ISO 15189 accreditation; and Westgard Verification
- Led and managed multiple mergers and laboratory rollouts
- Leads Patholgy Asia’s drive to operational and reputational excellence

Group Chief Technology and Transformation Officer
- Joined Pathology Asia in early 2022
- Over 30 years in digital innovation and transformation, operations, software engineering and lab information systems
- Previously with 4Cyte Pathology, Healius, GE Healthcare and the Royal Australian Air Force
